Program guidelines
$75 activation fee
Patient’s portion of bill is due the day of service
Cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan
Financing options may not be used to pay a Wobbler premium
No refunds of premiums will be issued at any time if a participant does not utilize dental plan
DMP premiums can be paid monthly or yearly with debit, ACH, or credit cards.
There may be a $25 processing fee applied to missed payments
We reserve the right to change program at any time and without notice.

Program Exclusions and Limitations
This program is a rewards plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used:
For treatment, which, in the sole opinion of our doctors lies outside their scope
For referrals to specialists
For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind
For costs of dental care which are covered under automobile medical
For services of injuries covered under workers’ compensation
In conjunction with another dental plan, dental insurance, or financing program such as CareCredit.

After signing up, your membership is effective immediately. No waiting period! Simply call our office to schedule an appointment when you are ready.

With insurance, patients are responsible for a certain percentage of restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and other treatments). Our plan works similarly – the membership covers preventive care, and we discount restorative treatments – but it’s better. There are no caps, no maximums, and no insurance company getting in the way of your oral health.

Yes. However, if you cancel within 90 days of enrolling, you’ll be responsible for the difference between membership fees paid and the cost of services received.

Yes! You can add family members when you enroll in the membership plan, or at any time after.
