We want to welcome you to The Wobbly Tooth Dental Practice! Your first visit with us is very important in establishing a long term relationship with you. With your first visit, we will ask you to fill out patient care forms so that we get to know you and your health better, this helps us tailor your care specific to your needs. Our patient care forms can be filled out electronically on your phone or in person here at the office, we recommend to have them filled prior to your appointment. We would also like for you to have the opportunity to get to know Dr. Nguyen and the rest of the staff as well as a tour of the office.

We pride ourselves in being transparent throughout the whole dentistry process while maintaining your comfort and satisfaction with your care. COVID-19 precautions

At The Wobbly Tooth, we are prepared for our patients’ continuing dental care with the utmost focus on safety and peace of mind. Our doctors and staff must wear masks and other personal protective equipment at all times. Patients are sent our COVID-19 form before their appointments. Touchless temperature readings are taken for all employees and patients. Patients are asked to wash their hands and rinse with 1% hydrogen peroxide mouthwash before and after treatment. Treatment rooms are thoroughly disinfected after every patient. Physical barriers are in place to protect both our staff and our patients. 6 feet physical distancing is maintained in the reception area. At the end of each day, our office is decontaminated by medical grade sanitizing products. Weekends and evenings

We know that many of our patients cannot see a dentist so easily during the work week. That’s why we have committed to keeping our clinics open from 5pm-9pm on weekdays (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) while being open from 9AM–6PM Saturday and Sunday. We know that everyone has busy lives, so we have a HIPPA-compliant messaging system to text, email, and call you to remind you of your appointment.
